Founded in 2003, RotoSpa is the only UK manufacturer of hot tubs. Our journey began when we developed a hot tub for a friend who needed hydrotherapy and couldn’t find a British-made option. Delivery and Installation
Order and Delivery Process
Luxury Garden Decor partners with RotoSpa UK to provide high-quality hot tubs, with stock available for immediate delivery or manufacturing if not held in stock. The delivery schedule will depend on the specific spa you order, and you’ll be informed of the timeline shortly after placing your order, typically between 1 to 2 weeks.
If you're dissatisfied with the delivery schedule, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit, provided the cancellation is requested and agreed upon at least one week before the scheduled delivery date. Requests made less than one week before delivery are not eligible for a deposit refund. Full payment is required before any goods are shipped.
Order Confirmation and Contract
Receiving an order confirmation indicates that we've received your request. However, a contract between us is established only when we send you an invoice, allowing for pricing corrections or product availability issues. If there's a change in price, we'll contact you to ensure the revised price is acceptable.
Free Delivery and Installation
We offer free delivery and installation for residential hot tub orders over £3,750 within mainland England and Wales. Locations outside this area may incur additional delivery charges based on location. Please contact us to discuss your specific delivery and installation needs.
Customer Service and After Sales
While RotoSpa handles the shipping and installation of your hot tub, Luxury Garden Decor is committed to providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
Returns Policy
Faulty or Non-Compliant Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty or non-compliant with the Consumer Rights Act, you can return them to RotoSpa for a full refund at no expense. Please inform us in writing within 30 days of receipt, detailing the reason for the refusal of the goods.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your hot tub, you can do so under the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned unused, saleable, and in their original packaging with all documentation.
- The return must be arranged at your expense.
- Contact us to obtain a returns authorisation.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
The goods will be inspected by RotoSpa before any refund is issued.
Conditions for Refunds
If returned goods are not unused, saleable, or in their original packaging, a refund will be refused. You will have 7 days from the point of notification to collect the goods before they are disposed of.
