1. General Questions

How do I check the status of my order?

After you've placed your order, we'll dispatch a confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your order's progress.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive another email from us confirming the anticipated arrival date, along with a tracking link (where the delivery service permits).

Can my order be changed?

We are only able to amend orders that have not yet been prepared for dispatch.

Should your order be marked as "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," we regret to inform you that no modifications can be made to your order at this stage.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in the UK

How long will it take to ship my order?

After you've submitted your order, we typically require 24 hours to process it for dispatch.

Standard delivery times within the UK range from 1 to 3 business days. These will be presented to you as options when selecting a delivery method prior to finalising your order

Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can make purchases on our website using a debit or credit card.

We also support PayPal, PayPal 3 in 1 (which encompasses PayPal payments, direct debit, and credit card payments through PayPal), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

These payment options can be selected at checkout.

Which currency do you accept?

Currently all sales are in GBP and all prices on our website reflect this.

4. Returns

What is your returns policy?

We welcome returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online shop.
  • The item must not have been used, and be in a resaleable condition.
  • The request for a return or exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days following the return or exchange request.
