Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we pre-authorise your card but do not charge it immediately. We confirm with our supplier that the product is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, payment is processed, and your order is dispatched promptly. If an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you.
Order Delivery
Once your order is confirmed in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't receive tracking details within 6 working days, contact us at info@luxurygardendecor.com.

Damages
Please inspect all items upon delivery. Do not accept damaged items. If damage is discovered, send photos to info@luxurygardendecor.com to initiate an insurance claim.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. These rights are in addition to our standard returns policy.
Distance Selling Regulations
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
